A Playbook is the operation — the repeatable, multi-step way a recurring task runs: known steps, checks, approvals, outcomes. A tool is a capability a Playbook uses as a step. The weekly hour is required, all 12 weeks — user feedback, refinement, making the product better together. By the third Playbook, you can build your own tools and operations. That’s the point.

Why a Founders' Seat instead of self-serve plans?
The Founders' Seats are how we prove the self-serve build path works. A limited group of customers each build three Playbooks with less help each time — handheld, then from a written method, then alone. What we learn in the weekly sessions ships straight into the self-serve plans.
How is pricing set?
The Founders' Seat is $59 a month for the 12-week run. Self-serve plans — Starter, Solo Pro, Team Pro, and Enterprise — open later, and their pricing is announced when checkout ships. Founders' Seat holders keep their founding price.
Do we have to rip out our current systems?
No. Votion sits on top of the public rules and your own records. You can start with one job or one market and expand from there.
Which jurisdictions can you capture?
State, county, and municipal sources, plus federal agency rulemaking. Tell us where you operate and we'll confirm coverage before you commit.
What happens after we apply?
We'll set up a call, look at the operation you'd bring and the records it runs on, and confirm fit before onboarding. Spots are limited, so we confirm quickly.
Are you on the government side?
Agencies, cities, and the school, water, transit, and special districts around them run Votion on the same captured rules — from the side that writes them. It's a separate track with its own onboarding.
